Clients wanted a new IELTS centre that reflects their way of working as a learning space that caters to all those aspirants wanting to go abroad. ‘Library and classrooms are the heart of our business.’ quoted the client, so we set out by mapping out the main activities and dividing them to create a clear division between the area where ‘the stuff gets done’ and the area where learning process happens.

The ambience envisioned was dynamic and creative with past students achievements display which would inspire students. Central entrance foyer with reception divided the linear space into two parts, on one side was the counselling rooms with back office and on the other side had 3 IELTS classes with movable partitions that would enable the scope of taking classes with an increased capacity. The emphasis was given to the library by taking it to the mezzanine floor with comfortable sitting and innovative bookshelves.The bespoke design enables the stakeholders to organise the daily balancing act between learning, inspiring, creating and pushing boundaries to make things happen.
