Sky Villa

Vadodara

Sky Villa

The penthouse was a work of imagination in an existing envelope of space, where the challenge was to make the space interesting without any hindrance to the exterior façade.

Entering the house, one can see an amalgamation of various materials like teak wood, motif tiles along with Michelangelo stone with respect to aqua green colour. This space is designed with all its taxing needs, creating a vibrant ambience.

The open layout on the groundfloor was divided by geometric pattern partitions which played an important element in making a smooth flow of space. The pooja room was envisioned with a backlit marble stone over the wall and their Shloka engraved on it.

The open kitchen carried forward the material palette preserving the uniformity. Large windows were used for naturally lighting up the dining area, with greens making it more magnificent. Additionally, we customized the 80 kg metal chandelier which transformed the transition area into a work of art. The master bedroom is crafted with brass detailing, a bit of green from the bonsai & ochre coloured chair which compliments the whole space.
